Getting ready for our trip to New Mexico
The whole Ronda Los Carrozas de Cifuentes is becoming progressively excited about the trip to New Mexico, and even more the 16 members who are already preparing for the tour, which is almost half of the whole ronda de navidad . Here we are, singing along the streets of Cifuentes some 10 years ago! The plan is already packing: the 8th of December we have the annual gathering of musical groups of Cifuentes to sing Christmas carols along the streets that morning, and then all sing ensemble the traditional La Virgen camina a Egipto in the main square. Then, from the 15th to the 23rd we will be touring and singing in New Mexico, and when we come back we all go directly into the Nochebuena y Navidad events, including the Misa del Gallo . Our first practice for the New Mexico tour, on October 5th. We will also have to practice for the annual gathering of rondas in Torija, the Certamen de Rondas Tradicionales Navideñas , because it will be that same week we arrive back to Spain
